The following is a small selection of images I took at the park over a period of five days. While the many moods of this great place are impossible to capture in only five days, I was very fortunate to experience a variety of weather and light conditions during my visit. A couple of the scenes are represented numerous times in this collection for this reason. Variations in color and light are the ways we experience our world visually, and in photography we have even more choices in how to interpret that color and light. I humbly submit these in the hopes of paying tribute to this amazing place. representing very large digital files of extremely high resolution, and suitable for large prints. as original black and white images, and others were converted from an original color image.  |
